The Veggie Van Training Center (VVTC), a service center based at the University at Buffalo, serves as the official TA provider for the Mobile Market Coaltion. The VVTC was created to meet these needs by providing training, TA, reporting, and evaluation for organizations adopting or expanding a food access program, with a specific focus on mobile markets. In addition to individualized coaching and TA, we offer a cohort-style training course (MM101), based on the Veggie Van toolkit, that guides practitioners from planning to mobile market adoption. The strategies used as part of training and technical assistance are informed by many years of research on mobile markets and out work with the Mobile Market Coalition
