The Mobile Market Coalition is made up of mobile market operators, stakeholders, researchers, funders, and policymakers focused on advancing mobile markets as essential infrastructure for a responsive and resilient food system in which everyone has access to healthy food.

Why should I get a membership?

​Membership in the Coalition means joining our network of like-minded individuals involved in research, technical assistance, advocacy, and networking around mobile markets that is:
​

• Inclusive by bringing together practitioners, researchers, funders and policymakers.
• Responsive by working in direct partnership with mobile market operators.
• Resilient by advocating for public and private investment to sustain mobile markets.
• Equitable by centering BIPOC leadership and historically marginalized communities.
• Effective by advancing solutions to food access that improve health outcomes.

How much does it cost?

In order to provide access to mobile markets at all levels of capacity, membership is offered at the following tiers, based on the staffing size of your organization. Staffing size is determined by total paid staff of the organization, not just those focused on your mobile market efforts. Membership is paid annually on a rolling basis; you will be offered the opportunity to renew your membership before your current year expires. Scholarships may occasionally be available to new mobile markets.

TIER 1 - A PINT
Cost: $50 per year

• Includes membership for 0-5 staff.

TIER 2 - A CASE
Cost: $100 per year

• Includes membership for 6-10 staff.

TIER 3 - A BUSHEL
Cost: $250 per year

• Includes membership for 10+ staff.

FRIEND OF A MOBILE MARKET
Cost: $50 per year

Cost: $400 per year
